Job Summary
Administer, configure, and manage the Flexera One platform for Software Asset Management (SAM) operations • Support and maintain the on-premises legacy solution FNMS, ensuring continuity during transition phases • Develop and maintain Python scripts for automation, data processing, and integration tasks related to asset management • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, reporting, and reconciliation across SAM tools and databases • Act as a SPOC for Flexera-related support and escalations • Liaise with customer stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver timely solutions • Assist in data migration, normalization, and reconciliation between Flexera One and FNMS • Generate and present asset management reports and insights to internal and client teams

• Strong hands-on experience with Flexera One (SaaS-based SAM platform)
• Working knowledge of FNMS (Flexera IT Visibility / on-prem legacy)
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Solid SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets
• Good understanding of software licensing models and compliance
• Experience working in a customer-facing or support role
