Job Summary
Provide L2 support for network incidents and escalations
Troubleshoot routing & switching issues (including BGP)
Manage and support devices from Cisco, Ruckus, and Arista
Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls,
Handle wireless network support and troubleshooting
Identify and resolve fiber cable and interface issues
Coordinate with ISP and NSP teams (US region) for circuit and network issues
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability
Solid knowledge of Routing & Switching (BGP preferred)
Skill Requirements
Hands-on experience with: Cisco, Ruckus, and Arista switches
Experience in Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls
Good understanding of wireless networking
