unix, Windows Familiarity with database platforms: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Sewer, Experience with HPSM/Service Now incident and Change logging Background in environments management incl. Deployment Management and Automation configuration control. proficiency planning / Workplace usage planning Strong command Of English (required for global collaboration) For CH: Fluency in German (essential local coordination) is an advantage Recognizes core relationships / processes and acts accordingly Establishes understanding for interfaces Collaborates in projects identifies basic problems & has ability to solve them independently Team Player Acts in a professional manner Broad subject expertise, application to all situations
