Job Purpose The Senior Project Manager oversees day-to-day project activities and ensures production and project objectives are met, including budgetary and KPI requirements. This role applies advanced project management methodologies to manage project execution, resolve issues, and develop and implement technical, operational, and process solutions that address complex client and business requirements.The position collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify emerging business needs, drive process improvements, and support successful outcomes for assigned accounts. Job Overview Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary escalation point for client, operational, and project-related issues. Identify client and business needs, analyse operational challenges, and develop scalable technical, operational, and process solutions. Present project updates, solution recommendations, and strategic initiatives to clients and stakeholders. Lead and coordinate complex and strategic projects, managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Provide project scoping, effort estimates,



and operational input to support quotation development. Ensure compliance with ISO requirements, quality standards, delivery expectations, budgets, and contractual obligations. Oversee project and account kick-offs, project tracking, status reporting, stakeholder communications, and project documentation. Lead post-mortems, root cause analyses, CAPA activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency. Analyse project and operational performance data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and support strategic decision-making. Identify, communicate, and mitigate project and account risks while escalating critical issues and prospects to stakeholders.
