Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marine projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.




• Communicate project status to stakeholders and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the project.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders throughout the project.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to senior management.
• Mentor and guide junior project team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Build and maintain robust relationships with external partners and suppliers.
