Job Summary
Master Data Specialist creates, maintains and monitors Master Data records in accordance with process standards, data standards, policies and objectives to ensure that accurate and validated data is entered in the system for the assigned OpCos. All in order to achieve the agreed performance objectives and service levels while and strictly complying with all the standards.
Key Responsibilities
Creates and maintains Master Data records in Global MDM tool and in various OpCos systems in accordance with HEINEKEN process standards, data standards, policies and objectives.
2) Ensures that Master Data requests are handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) using the workflow tools and numerous supporting applications.
3) Responds to queries from other counter partners via e-mail/telephone or any other means of communications available in alignment with service management processes.
4) Raises concerns about Master Data quality, data governance and related issues to the Team Leader.
5) Monitors Master Data quality and actively fixes encountered or reported issues, monitors Ataccama tool to filter out and fix inconsistencies.

Coordinates and actively supports business processes, projects and requirements inside and outside the team, provides reports and data analysis.
7) Actively looks for process improvement opportunities, participates in testing and implementation of new optimization solutions.
8) Highlights any high workloads and potential bottle necks to the team leader to ensure that SLA breaches do not occur.
9) Organizes and assigns new organization structures, adds new users, removes leavers, assigns positions.

11) Monitors mappings and replications from source system to CFIN.
12) Acts as the escalation point for the most complex queries and the most sensitive stakeholders.
13) Provides trainings on master data inside the team.
14) Takes active part in transitions of new scopes from OpCos.
15) Creates and maintains SOPs and procedures.
16) Acts as a buddy, trains new joiners, backs up all team scopes and takes part in full scope rotation within the team.
17) Closely cooperates with Local Data Stewards in cleansing activities and preparations for DBB transitions or any other data related programs.
18) Acts as a key user for all Master Data related topics and applications.
19) Co-leads and assist in coordinating transitions of current scopes from other OpCos. Plays the role of an expert.
