Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of various business functions and translating them into effective software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and support seamless business operations. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral to this role, ensuring that solutions remain relevant and efficient over time.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.




• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery of solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP Process Orchestration and Process Integration.
• Experience in designing and implementing API-led connectivity and managing API lifecycles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across diverse systems and platforms.
• Familiarity with XML, XSLT, and Java programming to customize and extend integration scenarios.
• Understanding of enterprise application architecture and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP PO/PI & APIs Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
