As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver productive and effective software applications that support business operations seamlessly.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Palantir Foundry, MySQL, Python (Programming Language), PySpark.
• Strong experience in data integration and transformation within complex software environments.
• Ability to develop scalable and maintainable software solutions using up-to-date programming practices.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
• Capability to work with large datasets and implement data processing workflows.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Palantir Foundry.
• This position is based at our Kolkata office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
