Job Summary
SAS CI 360: Hands-on expertise in SAS CI 360 / SAS Customer Intelligence. We are seeking a skilled SAS 9.4 Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our SAS 9.4 environment. This role requires a deep understanding of SAS 9.4 architecture, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain SAS 9.4 software on various platforms.
• Monitor and manage SAS servers to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Administer user access and security within the SAS setting, including managing user accounts, roles, and permissions.
• Licence and Certificate Installation
• Perform regular system backups and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAS software and its integration with other systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to understand requirements and provide SAS solutions.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAS administration processes and procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest SAS updates and patches and apply them as necessary.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of SAS applications and processes.
• Shell Scripting to automate and ease the admin tasks.
• Migration to be able to help business to migrate from old environment to new latest 9.4.
• SAS CI 360: Hands-on expertise in SAS CI 360 / SAS Customer Intelligence.

• To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Key Responsibilities
• To architect, design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery.
• To support as a Subject Matter Expert.
• To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
• Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
• To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
• To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
• To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product).
