Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution (SD) Senior Consultant with 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP SD / OTC to lead solution design, configuration, support, and continuous improvement across end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, deep functional expertise in sales, shipping, pricing, billing, credit management, and integration with MM/FI, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and support SAP SD / OTC solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Configure and support core SD processes including Inquiry, Quotation, Sales Orders, Deliveries, PGI, Billing, Credit/Debit Memo, Returns, Contracts, Scheduling Agreements, Intercompany, STO, Third-Party, and Consignment scenarios.
• Manage pricing configuration using condition tables, access sequences, condition types, pricing procedures, and condition records.




• Work on enterprise structure, master data, customer/material master, partner determination, item category, schedule line category, copy controls, output determination, and account determination.
• Collaborate with business process owners to gather requirements, prepare functional specifications, support SIT/UAT, drive defect resolution, and ensure successful go-live and hypercare.
• Support integration with SAP MM, FI/CO, LE, CRM, and external systems, including hands-on exposure to IDoc/EDI interfaces and troubleshooting interface-related issues.
• Provide production support, incident analysis, root cause identification, and enhancements for business-critical SAP SD processes.
• Prepare design documentation, process flows, user training material, and knowledge transfer for business and support teams.

Required Skills & Experience
• 7+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience, with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and exposure to ECC.
• Strong configuration expertise in: Sales document types, item categories, schedule line categories, Delivery and billing configuration, Pricing and output determination, Partner determination and copy controls, Credit management and account determination.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and S/4HANA SD business scenarios.
• Experience in IDoc / EDI integration, interface handling, and cross-functional coordination with MM, FI, and related modules.
• Experience in incident management, support, enhancements, testing, and documentation.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and work effectively with stakeholders across delivery, business, and technical teams.

Other Requirements
• SAP Certified Application Associate SAP S/4HANA Sales (If any).
