Job Summary
To understand client requirements and propose solution pertaining to respective domain area.

Requirement / Skill Type
6+ years of overall IT experience with strong focus on SAP PP
Must to have
• Robust hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning) module
• Experience in configuring PP processes (BOM, Routing, Work Centers, MRP, etc.)
• Expertise in Production Planning, Demand Management, and Capacity Planning
• Strong knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning) processes
• Experience in Production Orders and Process Orders
• Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, and QM modules
• Experience in S/4HANA PP functionalities




• Hands-on experience in business process analysis and requirement gathering
• Experience in configuration, testing, and support of SAP PP solutions
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues
• Knowledge of master data management (Material Master, BOM, Routing)
• Experience in end-to-end implementation or rollout projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with PP-PI (Process Industries)
Nice to have
• Exposure to Advanced Planning (APO/IBP)
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori apps for PP
• Familiarity with integration tools or ABAP debugging
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 / Smart Manufacturing concepts

Key Responsibilities
1. To analyze the assigned PC/CI (production support/continuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions /fixes.
2. To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements.
3. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
4. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
5. To participate in team meetings.
