Summary:
As a Technology Architect, a typical day involves designing and delivering comprehensive technology architecture tailored for a specific platform, product, or engagement. This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance, capability, and scalability. The day is often spent analyzing requirements, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the architectural framework aligns with the overall business and technical objectives. Continuous evaluation and refinement of the architecture to support evolving needs and future growth are integral parts of the daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




• Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to align technology strategies.
• Mentor junior team members to support their skilled growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ.
• Strong knowledge of message queuing concepts and middleware integration.
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance messaging solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize message flow and system performance.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and technology standards.
• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement complex solutions.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere MQ.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
