Summary

Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software systems to ensure clarity and continuity.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with email marketing automation and campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of data integration techniques and customer data platform management.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs used in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing cloud solutions for performance and scalability.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
