As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying up-to-date frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and continuous refinement of solutions to adapt to evolving needs are integral parts of your role, fostering innovation and high performance throughout the development process.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project workflows.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Experience in designing and developing integration flows using cloud-based platforms.
- Strong knowledge of API management and connectivity protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize integration scenarios for performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
