Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, construction, and configuration of software applications while serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. This role requires overseeing the development process, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the application meets the desired specifications and quality standards. The position demands proactive problem-solving and continuous engagement with team members to drive the project forward efficiently and effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of development activities to ensure timely delivery of software solutions.




• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals and resolve any challenges that arise.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with C# Programming Language, Microsoft Azure PaaS, Generative AI.
• Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools related to .Net technologies.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
