• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.




• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
Qualified & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Compensation, Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing compensation modules within enterprise software environments.
• Experience in integrating compensation solutions with broader human capital management systems.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to compensation application configurations.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core Compensation.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
