Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release cycles, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is a key part of daily activities.

• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP CRM, SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Solid knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and CRM module functionalities.
• Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP CRM applications to meet business requirements.
• Ability to work with APIs and integrate SAP CRM with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging within SAP ABAP environments.
• Understanding of low-code platforms and their application in extending packaged software solutions.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP CRM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
