Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands collaboration with different teams to maintain system stability and deliver timely solutions that support business continuity and efficiency.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand system requirements and provide expert guidance on technical challenges.




• Mentor and support junior team members to enhance overall team performance and knowledge sharing.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with A&D; Aftermarket.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on diagnosing and resolving complex software issues.
• Experience working with integrated warehouse management systems and understanding their operational workflows.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with system monitoring tools and techniques to proactively identify potential disruptions.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Manhattan Warehouse Solutions Technical.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
