Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their career development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications to meet complex business requirements.
• Ability to optimize and enhance existing SAP ABAP code for improved performance on HANA databases.
• Familiarity with SAP HANA database concepts and integration techniques.
• Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure reliability and efficiency.
• Capability to work with functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
