As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders to understand and clarify business needs. The role includes actively participating in the design phase to create tailored software solutions that align with organizational processes. Throughout the day, the engineer engages in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the applications developed effectively support business objectives. This position requires continuous communication with team members to refine requirements and adapt designs, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency in software development.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.




- Assist in the documentation and validation of application designs to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with integration design and development within enterprise software environments.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues effectively.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques related to integration processes.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
