Job Purpose
Build a well-diversified portfolio within the IBG 4 segment. The portfolio should provide revenue from diversified sources such as assets, trade, cash, treasury, fees etc. and the portfolio should lead to healthy income with an acceptable risk to the bank. Relationship Manager is expected to deliver these results in accordance with the lending guidelines prescribed by the bank.

Key Accountabilities
• Manage and maintain a portfolio of virtual banking clients,



providing personalized financial advisory and investment solutions
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences
• Analyze client portfolios, identify opportunities, and recommend appropriate investment strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery
• Monitor client portfolios and provide timely updates on market trends and performance
• Resolve client inquiries and address concerns in a qualified and efficient manner
• Contribute to the development and implementation of virtual banking initiatives and best practices

Education / Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors in finance / Economics/Commerce or MBA or CA
