Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to identify and address quality issues
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness




• Provide mentorship and guidance to the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
• Analyze and report on quality metrics, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in quality assurance

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 12 Years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role
• Proficient in software testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and identify root causes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of leading and engaging a team of quality assurance engineers
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
