Sr. No. Job Responsibilities
1 Safety induction training for new employees.
2 Toolbox talk to contractor persons during work permit clearance.
3 Identify the unsafe acts & conditions during the site round & arrange to correct on the spot.
4 To co-ordinate various Safety campaign like safety week celebration, Workplace Day, Fire safety day etc.
5 To give/update compliance related to safety in monthly EHS index system of Corporate EHS cell.
6 Inspection of safety devices,



pressure vessels, lifting tools & tackles & lifts through competent person at every six months.
7 Co-ordinating with external agencies for maintaining firefighting system & safety equipment in operative condition.
8 To identify & intimate about EHS gaps to respective dept. head & engineer for compliance.
9 To give EHS ranking as per EHS performance of respective department.
10 Successful execution of ZySafe Accident Management System in External Area.
11 To maintain records of Accident/Incident.
12 To review all the work permits before allowing contractor to start the work.
13 To provide help for preparing EHS presentations required for monthly meetings, MPRM, SBR & similar others.
14 To review EHS compliance during project activities through intermittent physical inspections.
15 To review safety posters / signboards / instructions boards & arrange to procure & install at suitable locations in the premises.
Requirements:
