Job Summary
As a Senior Technical Lead specializing in React.js, you will be pivotal in driving complex development projects, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance To A Team Of Developers By Advocating For Best Practices In React.Js And Javascript, Enhancing Their Capabilities And Productivity In Developing Scalable Applications.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Quality Assurance Processes,



Ensuring The Implementation Of Performance Optimization Techniques And Adherence To Coding Standards For Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module While Participating In Technical Discussions As A Consultant, Evaluating Feasibility Studies, Assessing Technical Alternatives, And Addressing Potential Risks In Project Architecture.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure To Risks And Facilitate Timely Closure Of Escalations.
