Job Summary
Role SummaryOwn the enterprise-wide data architecture across lakehouse/warehouse platforms, ensuring scalable data integration, governance, security, and ML/AI readiness.

Responsibilities
Define target-state data architecture (lakehouse, medallion, CDC, streaming).
Establish enterprise data modeling standards (dimensional, Data Vault).
Lead platform/tooling decisions (Azure/AWS/GCP; Snowflake/Databricks).
Set governance standards: cataloging, lineage, quality, access controls.
Architect ingestion pipelines (batch, real-time, API-based).
Enable ML/AI readiness using feature store patterns, model-serving integration.
Implement solid security: PII/PHI controls, encryption, key mgmt, auditing.
Optimize cost/performance across storage, compute, and formats.
Review solution designs for scalability, interoperability, and compliance.
Create roadmaps, standards, and mentor architects/engineers.

Requirements (Updated & Relevant)




Deep expertise in cloud data ecosystems, ELT/ETL, streaming, and orchestration.
Strong data modeling, governance, cataloging, and metadata management skills.
Experience integrating data architectures with AI/ML workloads.
Understanding of security frameworks, data contracts, and FinOps principles.
Experience10–15+ years in data architecture with enterprise-scale delivery.

1. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
2. To spearhead the architecture, design, and development (through a high-performing team) of innovative solutions for product/project & sustenance delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements.
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance/compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated.
