Job Responsibilities
• Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) processes, including General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Cash & Banking, and Financial Reporting.
• Act as a subject matter expert for R2R processes within SAP ERP and other related financial systems, driving continuous improvement and system enhancements.
• Collaborate closely with finance operations teams, IT, and other business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define future-state processes.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including process flows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Conduct process workshops and training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders, ensuring successful adoption of current processes and systems.
• Support the integration of R2R processes during mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls (SOX), accounting standards (IFRS), and company policies across all R2R processes.




• Identify and implement automation opportunities within the R2R cycle to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in and lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall financial data quality and reporting capabilities.
• Monitor process performance, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions to ensure process effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance process optimization, business analysis, or consulting, with a strong focus on Record to Report (R2R).
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules are essential, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany processing.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing process improvement initiatives within a large, multinational organization.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (IFRS) and internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable process designs.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Signavio) and data analysis tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
