Job Summary
The Track Lead for Support & Operations plays a critical role in managing operational excellence and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position focuses on problem-solving, meeting client SLAs, and empowering teams through effective people management, ensuring that the organization meets its strategic objectives in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance Operational Systems Through Implementing Production Control And Scheduling Frameworks And Sysops Practices To Improve Management Reporting And Streamline Information Flow.
2. Analyze And Interpret Client Requirements, Ensuring The Support Team Consistently Meets Client Expectations And Service Levels.

Lead And Mentor The Project Team By Establishing Clear Project Goals And Maintaining Transparent Communication Throughout The Project Lifecycle.
4. Drive Innovation By Introducing Recent Ideas And Methodologies For Process Development And Organizational Efficiency.
5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs By Leveraging Production Control And Scheduling Techniques And Sysops Strategies To Achieve Impactful Business Results.
