Job Summary
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex network issues across all OSI layers. Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9300, 9500, and Nexus series switches (including VSS, Stacking, STP, VLANs, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP). Hands on experience with F5 load balancers. Experience designing and supporting Cisco ISE and 802.1X authentication (wired and wireless). Proficiency with Cisco DNA Center for network automation, monitoring, and policy enforcement. Familiarity with network security principles, segmentation, firewall rule management, and NAC policies. Hands-on expertise with Wireless (Cisco WLC), DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, SSH, SMTP, and SNMP monitoring tools. Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, CheckMK, or similar).



Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks/projects without needing micromanagement. Must have a growth mindset, robust curiosity, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement. Excellent documentation skills and ability to communicate technical details clearly. Familiarity with network automation tools (Python, Ansible). Industry certifications like CCNP, CCIE are highly desirable. Availability for on-call rotation and travel as needed Experience supporting team members preferred

Key Responsibilities
Incident tickets – triaging and resolving operational network issues
Change requests – assisting with planning, documentation, and execution
Vendor ticket follow-ups – ensuring timely resolution and communication
Monitoring and response – proactive network monitoring and alert handling
Process improvements – assisting with network hygiene, documentation, and automation opportunities
Support on projects – contributing to both large and small projects with specific technical tasks
