Job Summary
To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex/large scale technical solutions, that are scalable and in line with industry best practices, latest technology trends.

Key Responsibilities
1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting cutting-edge solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices, architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance/compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated

Skill Requirements
"Primary Skills:
• MicroStrategy SDK architecture ownership and design authority across programs and platforms
• Definition of enterprise-wide automation strategy, standards, and long-term roadmap
• Design and governance of reusable accelerators, shared SDK libraries, and platform tooling
• CI/CD and DevOps architecture design for analytics platform automation at scale
• Automation security, scalability, compliance, and quality governance
• Establishment of coding standards, design patterns, and best practices for SDK development
• Technical leadership including mentoring senior engineers and guiding architecture decisions
• Strategic integration of MicroStrategy automation with enterprise ecosystems and operating models
Other Requirements:
• Experience leading SDK and automation teams across multiple engagements or accounts
• Proven ability to define and enforce enterprise engineering and automation standards
• Experience driving IP creation, reuse, and platform efficiency initiatives
• Strong stakeholder communication skills with program managers, architects, and senior leadership
• Ability to balance hands-on technical leadership with strategic planning and governance
Certifications (Good to have):
• MicroStrategy Architect Certification
• Cloud Architecture or DevOps Certification
