Job Summary
The Sr IAC Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and support of infrastructure through Infrastructure as Code practices. This position emphasizes advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis, significantly contributing to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
1. Adhere To Quality Standards, Regulatory Requirements, And Company Policies While Implementing Infrastructure As Code Using Powershell And Python To Automate Deployment Processes.
2. Provide Advanced Support For Complex Incidents, Conducting Thorough Root Cause Analysis And Implementing Effective Solutions To Resolve Technical And Security Issues Using Jenkins Automation.
3. Engage In Knowledge Base Updates And Management,



While Training New Hires And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities And Service Delivery.
4. Resolve Complex Support Tickets Within Agreed Slas By Leveraging Iac Tools And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Optimal Operations And Robust Security Posture.
5. Ensure Positive Customer Experiences And High Csat Scores By Achieving First Call Resolution, Minimizing Rejected Resolutions Or Reopened Cases, And Proactively Addressing Potential Security Threats.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency In Infrastructure As Code (Iac) With Practical Knowledge In Powershell And Python Scripting.
2. Solid Understanding Of Jenkins For Continuous Integration And Deployment Automation.
