Job Summary
hands-on Jira administration experience, including managing complex configurations and migrations.
Demonstrated experience in merging or migrating Jira instances (AWS cloud).
Strong understanding of Jira architecture, workflows, permissions, custom fields, and plugins.
Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Bitbucket)
Excellent knowledge of data modeling
Familiarity with database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) preferred.
Atlassian Certified Jira Administrator certification.
Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Groovy, Python, REST APIs).
Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
Project management experience in migration or integration projects.
