Lead BI Developer role requiring strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server development and SSIS package development with 7-10 years of relevant experience. The candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities to work with clients and internal partnership teams, and a proactive ownership mindset. The role also requires adaptability to new technologies such as Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, and other BI tools. Experience working with US counterparts and flexibility for overlap with US business hours is essential. Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience We are looking for a Lead BI Developer who can take ownership of BI development initiatives and act as a key technical contributor within the team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server development and SSIS package development, which are the core requirements for this role.



The candidate must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand business requirements and deliver effective data solutions.
