Job Summary
EUITES Hardware Asset Management & Procurement
Preferred candidates with experience in large enterprise or managed service environments
Exposure to manufacturing, automotive, or industrial IT support ecosystems is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-user IT equipment lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, inventory, and disposal
• Maintain accurate asset, stock, and inventory records across tools and repositories
• Coordinate globally with vendors for procurement activities, including order placement, goods receipt, and invoice processing
• Manage IT equipment catalogues, including master data, pricing, configurations, and workflows
• Oversee and support e‑waste disposal processes in line with regulatory and organizational standards
• Create, maintain, and track procurement documentation and related records
• Work extensively in ServiceNow modules including Incident, Request, Asset, Stock, and Knowledge




• Collaborate with multiple internal teams and global customers to support EUITES operations
• Provide necessary reporting, analytics, and operational metrics
• Participate in operational and governance meetings as required
• Support shift-based operations covering multiple time zones

Skill Requirements
• Minimum two years of experience in IT Hardware Asset Management and procurement
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with advanced knowledge of Excel
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and procurement platforms like Ariba
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a global operational environment
• Self-driven, proactive, and delivery-focused mindset
