Job Responsibilities
AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor Pro 2019+(3D modeling, drawing, assembly, and FEA) and Creo, MicroStation, SolidWorks Machine, Welding Jig, Polymer Casting Mold design by using AutoCAD Inventor Pro 2019+, Vault. Complex Feature Design with SolidWorks P&ID; (Pipe and Instrument Diagram) design and modify. Leicia BLK 360 Scanner (plant/ pipe/ instrument 3D scan) Isometric pipeline routing design Equipment design and installation process (Equipment upgrade designing, Mechanics Analysis, Motion Analysis) Scope of work/ Engineering code and standard, BOM (Bill of Materials), 6 axis Panasonic Welding Robot, Programming and problem solving.



Scrap control and process optimization for Injection molding process. 3D printing (Fused Deposition Modeling, FDM) by using Cura-lulzbot TAZ6, and Bambu Studio Fused Deposition Modeling SLA 3D printing process (Machine FormLab 3BL and 3+) Computer Skills: C#, MATLAB, Python, Microsoft Office (word, excel, PowerPoint) Polymer process design.
