Job Summary
Graduation BE/BTech - mechanical or chemical Engg Experience - 15-20 Years Field - Operation & Maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants / Sewage Treatment Plants with Sludge handling, Gas and power generation Related Industry Experience from Water and Waste Water Industry working for Municipal & Industrial background. Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plants and Sewage Treatment Plants.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Manage sludge handling and gas generation processes.
• Collaborate with municipal and industrial clients to optimize water treatment solutions.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in daily operations.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Develop and implement operational strategies for efficient plant performance.
• Monitor and analyze plant performance metrics to drive improvements.
• Provide technical support and training to staff.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment.
• Prepare reports on plant operations and performance.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship within the team.
