Roles & Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through field activities, references, leads, and customer interactions.Handle client inquiries and explain the company’s interior design services and offerings.Coordinate with potential customers and schedule meetings/site visits for the design team.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead conversion records.Work closely with the sales and design teams to achieve monthly business targets.Conduct market research to understand customer requirements and competitor activities.Maintain daily reports of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and client interactions.Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding process.Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field.1–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Handling, or Customer Relationship Management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.Good presentation and coordination skills.Prior experience in Interior Design industry is required.
