Job Responsibilities
Prepare analytical methods, protocols, and method verification documents.Conduct method verification and maintain related documentation.Review and reassess existing analytical methods.Develop and implement QA/QC policies and procedures.Assess Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) investigations.Review and approve trend analysis for pharmaceutical batches.Evaluate product dossiers and ensure timely product approvals.Create and maintain product records, artworks,
and ERP master data.Coordinate with suppliers regarding product documentation and quality requirements.Review customer and sales requirements and coordinate with the sourcing team.Perform batch release activities for pharmaceutical products.Update CoAs and QA records within defined timelines.Handle QA deviations, inspections, and release-related documentation.Support QA Managers in resolving quality-related issues.Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and quality standards.Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate in Pharmacy or any Science discipline.Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.Valuable knowledge of pharmaceutical quality assurance and quality control activities.Understanding of analytical methods, product approvals, OOS/OOT investigations, and batch release processes.Good communication and coordination skills.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.Preferred Skills
