Job Summary
This role drives the technical vision and execution of silicon platform validation using Python, shaping the design and delivery of robust solutions. The individual provides expert guidance to teams, ensures adoption of cutting-edge methodologies, and advances competency within the organization. They play a critical role in supporting strategic client engagements and promoting innovation in platform validation processes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Architect and design silicon platform validation strategies leveraging Python and industry-standard validation tools, ensuring scalable and high-quality solutions.
2. Lead the development and implementation of automated validation frameworks using Python to optimize test coverage and efficiency across silicon platforms.
3. Act as a subject matter expert in silicon validation, providing advanced technical direction and mentoring team members on validation methodologies and best practices.
4. Evaluate, select,



and integrate emerging technologies and tools for platform validation to maintain solution relevance and exceed client quality standards.
5. Gather and analyze technical specifications from stakeholders to deliver customized validation solutions aligned with silicon platform requirements.
6. Drive competency development by authoring technical collateral, creating whitepapers, and conducting market trend analyses to strengthen organizational expertise in silicon validation.
7. Recommend and implement client value creation initiatives by applying industry-leading practices in silicon validation and Python automation.

Skill Requirements
1. Expert proficiency in silicon platform validation, with advanced experience in using Python for test automation and scripting.
2. Excellent understanding of hardware validation workflows, debugging techniques, and industry protocols.
3. Advanced skills in designing and deploying automated validation infrastructures using Python and related tools (Pytest, Robot Framework, etc.).
4. In-depth knowledge of silicon architecture, chip bring-up processes, and validation methodologies.
5. Solid experience in interpreting technical specifications and converting them into actionable validation plans.
6. Excellent analytical skills for evaluating technology trends and integrating them into validation processes.

Other Requirements
1. Optional but valuable: ISTQB Advanced Test Automation Engineer, Python Institute PCAP (Certified Associate in Python Programming), or equivalent silicon validation certifications.
