Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements
React.js Front-End Developer with robust modern UI development skills. The developer will work on building scalable, responsive, and user-centric web applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop interactive and reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Implement responsive UI designs using HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Sass, or Styled Components
• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and manage state using Redux, Context API, or Zustand
• Apply AI-powered tools for development, code generation, testing, and UI optimization




• Optimize performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility
• Work closely with designers, backend teams, and product owners in Agile/Scrum
• Participate in code reviews, UI refinements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Hooks, and Component Patterns
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and/or TypeScript
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, AI testing frameworks, AI design tools)
• Strong understanding of modern UI/UX best practices
• Experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Babel
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD pipelines for front-end applications
