Job Summary
Project ManagerIntegration Sr Project Manager:Responsibilities:InteractionsGlobal implementation effort with multiple Medium to Large Complex projects being managed will typically have:Individual team members from 5-7 cross functional teams and business sectors2-4 Service providers needed to delivery key portions of the solution, which will include infrastructure, applications, and several interdisciplinary teams to support executionServes as the leader of a multi-person project management teamJoint project sponsors which requires project manager to gain consensus and set expectationsGlobal business customers impacted by project delivery involving multiple sector geographiesDirects global project team activities by influencing cross functional team members without direct line of authority (daily)Effective communication with project sponsor, Manager / Director, in customer organization (weekly)Status presentation and Stage Gate approval meeting with Directors and Sr Directors (Monthly)Sector business associates involved in project delivery (as needed)IT Services Suppliers coordination to deliver needed IT Services required for project deliveryWorks with EPMO Governance Analyst to align on key project artifacts and gains alignment on project governanceSchedule, budget and scope constraints that cause pressure on deliveryThis role leads large, complex global projects, managing cross‑functional teams, multiple service providers, joint sponsors, and stakeholders across regions while ensuring alignment and delivery. The project manager drives execution without direct authority, coordinates IT suppliers, works with EPMO governance, and communicates regularly with sponsors and senior leadership through structured status and stage‑gate reviews. The position operates under tight schedule, budget, and scope constraints, requiring strong influence, planning, and delivery management to meet business expectations.

Excellent customer service with ability to manager customer expectations Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills Ability to easily adapt to different communication and working styles Active listener Excellent organizational skills Self-starter and quick learner Proven ability to set priorities across multiple projects and drive for results Good attention to details Strong time management skills Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills Work effectively with internal and external clients, third party vendors, and senior management in accomplishing project objectives Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to develop corporate methods, techniques Evaluate complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer In depth knowledge of how to navigate through matrixed organizations to engage teams and get work done Can establish and maintain effective relationships with business and IT customers to gain their trust and respect Ability to communicate effectively with senior IT and business leaders Experience In depth understanding of project terminology and methodology 7+ years of experience managing multiple projects and project teams Ability to lead multi-function project team through influencing skills In depth Risk / Issue / Change Management knowledge Developing executive level PowerPoint presentations Expert skill using Microsoft Project to drive project execution and manage to critical path Experience in managing constrained schedules and resources in a rapidly evolving environment Ability to understand interdependencies and can connect the dots on how one part of a project impacts another Hosting meetings, taking meeting notes,



and documenting action items Tracking action items and working with owners to obtain status.Ability to organize complex and/or ambiguous information for project sponsorOrganizing project goals / objectives into major streams of work with specific deliverablesInitiate / launch project(s) to effectively manage deliverablesWork on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors to achieve best resultsWork closely with the Program Sponsor and Operating Committee to facilitate decisions necessary for deliveryOversee effective project reviews to effect project successDevelop and maintain “lessons-learned” inputs to the project repository for utilization on future projects
