Job Summary
The Dedicated TAG (Talent Acquisition Group) Specialist for the Wacker GCC is responsible for end‑to‑end recruitment support aligned to account ramp‑up, transformation, and steady‑state staffing needs. The role ensures timely hiring, PRF execution, and resource availability to support delivery stability and growth under the Wacker contract.

Key Responsibilities
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for Wacker GCC roles, from demand intake to onboarding handover.
• Drive PRF creation, validation, and approval coordination, ensuring adherence to internal governance and timelines.
• Partner closely with Wacker delivery leadership, GCC leads, and finance to align hiring plans with demand forecasts.
• Ensure fast turnaround on critical and niche roles, supporting transformation and productivity initiatives.




• Coordinate with internal and external talent pipelines to ensure consistent candidate availability.
• Track and share recruitment metrics (TAT, aging, open demand, offer‑to‑join ratio).
• Proactively identify risks related to hiring delays or approval bottlenecks and escalate early.
• Support workforce planning, backfills, and ramp‑downs in line with contract evolution and volume changes.

Skill Requirements
• Strong experience in IT / Tech recruitment, preferably in GCC or global delivery models.
• Solid understanding of PRF workflows, approval cycles, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, transformation‑driven setting.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience in recruitment analytics and reporting.
• High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
