Job Summary
End-point Management
Basic understanding of Windows Client and Server OS
Good Knowledge on MS Office Suite.
Communication and interpersonal skills with Email etiquette
Basic knowledge of Powershell scripting
Able to support in rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop And Implement Imaging Solutions Using Sccm And Zero Touch Methodologies, Ensuring Compliance With Project Timelines And Quality Standards.
2. Troubleshoot And Resolve Issues In Existing Imaging Projects, Maintaining Operational Efficiency And Minimizing Downtime.
3. Collaborate With Clients To Understand Current Feature Requests,



Developing And Integrating These Enhancements Into The Existing Imaging Solutions.
4. Create And Maintain Comprehensive Documentation For Imaging Processes, Configurations, And Troubleshooting Procedures To Support Operational Consistency.
