Job Summary
To be responsible for owning and expanding client relationship with customers to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnership with assigned accounts
Manages accounts with a typical size of 10-30M Portfolio
Key Responsibilities
1. A single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services, cross, upsell of IT solution aligned to customer business objectives
2. Develop and execute multi-year account plan alignment with customer priorities and industry trends
3. Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth
4. Ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions
5. Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction
6. Leads contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions
