Required Skills
Deep knowledge in a selection of the following technologies and process: The candidate should have deep experience managing highly complex ERP application suit(SAP) for multibillion-dollar enterprises. The candidate should have hands on experience in IT service, change and release management processes. The candidate should deep understanding and working experience with the ITIL processes. A person with hands on experience in managing software outsourcing partners. Hands-on approach in IT project management and implementation.
Experience with vendor management in Application support with Robust service management process skills (ITSM) Ensuring SLA compliance for service delivery Coordinating with support teams Monitoring and reporting on service performance Experience with the following technologies: ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow), Application monitoring software, Incident management systems Should have implemented AI solutions Knowledge of ERP (SAP/ S/4)/NERP applications
Required Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 12 plus years’ experience or master’s degree with 10 plus years’ experience in ERP support Certifications in key technologies helps to establish a keen sense of learning. Preferred experience in S/4 HANA
