Job Summary
We are seeking 4-6 Years of experienced Power BI Developer to design, develop, and enhance dashboards and reports that drive data-driven decision-making. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business understanding, and adaptability to emerging technologies, including AI-driven capabilities in the analytics space.

Key Responsibilities
1. Power BI Technical Expertise
Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Build and optimize data models, including relationships, measures, and calculated columns using DAX
• Ensure report performance optimization, scalability, and adherence to best practices
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and manage data access controls
• Align dashboards with contemporary UI/UX standards to improve usability and user experience

2. Business Understanding




• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into meaningful visualizations
• Understand key business metrics, KPIs, and domain-specific data to ensure relevant and actionable insights
• Proactively suggest improvements to existing dashboards to enhance business value
• Bridge the gap between technical data structures and business needs

3. SQL & Data Validation Skills
• Write complex SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from various sources
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between Power BI reports and underlying data sources
• Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Troubleshoot data issues and identify root causes

4. Adaptability to AI & Emerging Technologies
• Stay updated with evolving Power BI features, including AI-driven capabilities (e.g., Copilot, automated insights)
• Leverage AI tools to enhance report generation, data analysis, and productivity
• Explore opportunities to integrate AI/ML-driven insights into dashboards
• Continuously learn and adopt modern data and analytics trends
