Mandatory Skills: (Must Have Skills): As a Coupa Technical and Functional consultant, you will be having the below responsibilities -
Hands on experience in Migration/integration of Coupa contract Module and contract life cycle management.
Responsible for performing activities in the migration and integration of Coupa contract module system with the required systems in scope of the project.
Showcase deep knowledge on Coupa Contract Module and Contract LifeCycle Management (CLM).
Ability to understand the underlying architecture of Contract module and perform tasks on testing, troubleshooting issues during migration and integration.
Serve as the SME for Coupa functional processes and technical integrations.
Provision and manage Coupa Analytics, Attachment Utility, and API access, including authentication and environment setup.
Validate procurement, contracting, supplier,



and approval workflows, ensuring correct interpretation of Coupa data and statuses.
Review and advise on integration designs (including MuleSoft) for functional alignment and technical compatibility with Coupa APIs.
Confirm supported API endpoints, payload structures, security requirements, rate limits, and error handling standards.
Support data extraction, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and issue resolution across functional and technical areas.
Hands-on experience submitting support cases with Coupa system. The resource should have prior experience in navigating through the Coupa support process.
Ensure all the documents for system management are in place.
Knowledge of GxP, Non-GxP processes, Audit processes and technical documentation requirements.
Technical experience on working for application-based platform with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
