Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :Plan and execute Windows Server and VMware infrastructure migrations and upgrades.
• Perform server and data center refresh projects, including hardware replacements and OS upgrades.
• Migrate workloads from legacy Windows Server versions to newer platforms.
• Support on-premises to cloud migration (Azure, AWS, hybrid cloud environments).
• Conduct system assessments and recommend modernization strategies.
• Ensure minimal downtime and risk mitigation during migrations.
