- Communicate ideas, problems, and suggestions to supervisory authority. Theoretical and practical knowledge of CMM.
- Ensure Compliance to Internal Process w.r.t to set guidelines of QMS, AS9100, Customer requirements etc.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure positive knowledge of CMM programming with PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss).
- Making CMM program based on MBD model, drawing and good knowledge of PCDMIS and Calypso software (Hexagon & Zeiss).
- Ensure perform all type of inspection (CMM Manual & CNC inspection,) and analysis is performed according to production requirements in order to meet customer requirements.
- A working knowledge of statistics and data analysis are useful in this position, as this job requires the programmer to analyze testing data to ensure the machine is functioning properly.
- Managing the day to day activities of the inspection of all products (B787, B737 & other).
- In process inspection of Machined parts and giving feedback to production team.
