Quality Inspector

Diploma Trainee Engineer.

Diploma in Mechanical ( 1 st Class throughout in education)- Freshers- quality control.

Please Note that-
Male candidates will work in 1 st & 2 nd shifts.
Female candidate has to work in general shift.

Salary- Rs. 21200/- ( monthly Gross)- deduction as applicable as per Company norms.
Job Description which will be taught to candidates-

- Good Academic record, Communication Skill.
- Experience in quality activities Entrance +In process + Metrology + Final quality.
- Using various quality tools & methods of inspection, and knowledge of precision parts inspection.
- Ability to read drawings.
- Understand customer requirements and diffuse them via control plans or quality records.
- Knowledge of testing and measurement.




- Basic knowledge of instrument Handling (Vernier Caliper, Dial Gauge, Profile Projector Etc.)
- Able to work in ISO quality work workplace.
- Conduct and coordinate daily inspection & quality activities.
- Identification and set quality requirements and preparation of control plans etc.
- Analysis of day-to-day quality problems and coordination with production teams, 5 S, Kaizen, etc.
- Work with a team to make them train and improve the quality of the product.
- Records and maintain Quality KPI.
- Completing all tasks set by the supervisor and assisting wherever possible.
