Job Description:
Air Freight & Sea Freight negotiation from overseas agent and LCL consolidator
Freight quotation with flight & sailing schedule to consignee
Sharing shipment information to agent and agent details to consignee
Co-ordination with agent and consignee for shipment execution
Required in depth knowledge of custom tariff and Import Licenses.
Required understanding for import clearance process and documentation
Co-ordination with CHA for custom clearance and liner destination agent for delivery order
Co-ordination with transporter for final delivery to consignee
Sending invoice to customer and taking invoice from all vendor for payment
Follow up with customer for payment and account for vendor payment
